Refined Catskills Glamping: Fully-appointed glamping accommodations are set across open meadows for mountain views — a thoughtful blend of comfort and calm that supports work and reset.  Staying onsite means your offsite experience continues beyond the agenda: casual conversations around the fire-pit, early morning coffee on the deck, and genuine team connection without the distraction of hotels or commuting.

Think of our glamping tents as spacious, canvas bedrooms under the stars. With 10ft+ center height and more than 215 sq. ft of space, glamping tents line the forest's edge and upper meadow, each fully appointed and positioned for privacy and uninterrupted mountain views.

 

A queen bed with linens, soft furnishings, seating, charging stations and lanterns are all included.

Our spaces are curataed for your team, to allow your group to shift between focus and flow — structured work if you need it, spontaneous conversations, and restorative breaks and activities — all within a setting that naturally opens thinking and connection. Your team will have access to:

  • The historic barn configured for strategy sessions, workshops, or informal gatherings and team activities

  • A mountain-top platform deck ideal for working groups, yoga or sunset drinks and debriefs soaking up the views.

  • Covered outdoor pavilion and bar, for all-weather sessions

  • Private cabin workspace for focused discussions, calls, or one-to-ones

  • Communal firepits and picnic/ dining areas

  • Curated spaces across acres of meadow, woodland, and farm.

Signature Offsite

3 Days / 2 Nights

Most popular offsite format. Allows space for meaningful strategy work, shared meals, informal connection, and decisions that stick — without feeling rushed.

 

Focused Offsite

2 Days / 1 Night

Intentional and high-impact. Designed for concentrated working sessions and breathing space for alignment/ connection when time is limited but clarity is essential.

 

Day Offsite

1 Day / No overnight

Exclusive use of the property without overnight stay. A focused reset away from the office — structured sessions, fresh air, and clear outcomes in a single day. Perfect for local teams, or those wishing to get out of traditional hotel venues for the day.

Corporate offsites at Hengarth are offered as exclusive-use stays, giving your team private access to the full property,  accommodations, amenities and intentional working and gathering spaces designed around your team. 3-day/2-night offsites typically begin from $1,100 per person depending on group size, including event coordination and curation, with optional facilitation, workshops, catering, and curated team experiences .

What is Glamping exactly?

As we define it, Catksills glamping at Hengarth aims to be a hotel-like experience under a canvas roof. It's in the great outdoors, some of it's off grid, but it's designed for comfort, cleanliness and connecting with nature – without the hassle and hustle of camping.

How many people can Hengarth accommodate?

Hengarth hosts corporate offsites for groups of 5–24 guests. Let us know the size of your team and goals and we will help design the set-up that works best for you. The property is ideal for: * Leadership teams * Founder & executive retreats * Growth-stage company strategy sessions * Functional alignment workshops *team get-togethers

Do teams stay in private tents?

Yes. Sleeping arrangements can be configured based on your team dynamic (private or shared twin setup). We’ll discuss preferences during planning. Each glamping tent includes: * One Queen bed or two twin beds * 230 sq. ft. of space with 10-ft ceilings * Hotel-quality bedding and furnishings

Is Hengarth suitable for serious strategy work?

Absolutely. Hengarth was purpose-built for focused strategy offsites. It's great for Quarterly planning, Leadership alignment, GTM resets, Strategic problem-solving.You’ll have: * Boardroom-style setup in the historic barn * Multiple curated breakout areas * Private cabin workspace for 1:1s * Optional executive facilitation This is clarity-driven work in a distraction-free setting.

What if it rains?

We're not JUST outside. We curate both indoor and covered outdoor working spaces. Your team can spend time in: * The historic barn * Gather in covered areas * Move sessions between deck, cabin, and indoor spaces Weather shifts don’t disrupt momentum. Of course, If a severe weather warning is forecasted we can reschedule your offsite.

Founder and General Manager, Jen Manning, created Hengarth to build spaces, experiences and events that inspire. Combining hospitality, events and consultancy, Hengarth brings together Jen's start-up, growth marketing and event expertise with her unique perspective on sustainability, passion for nature and a real connection to place.

 

A marketing leader and business growth specialist with 20 years of revenue and brand building experience, Jen has worked agency-side and in-house helping organizations through launch and growth strategies from Seed to Series C and beyond. With a background in tech, SaaS and fast-moving start-ups, Jen helps organizations build compelling go to market propositions, soften the sales environment, build pipeline and increase brand awareness.

Originally from Wales, Jen grew up surrounded by sheep farming and agri-tourism. A central pillar of Hengarth is Jen's passion for agriculture and the Catskills region. Jen is equally at home running a go to market strategy session as she is tending to her sheep flock and many acres of forest. And she wouldn't have it any other way. In fact, if you're a business client of Hengarth's she'll encourage you to participate in both!
